Manicure Services

The process for a powder manicure is fairly simple. Our manicurist first removes any polish you have on your hands, uses an electric buffer to clean up your nails, paints each nail with a clear adhesive and dips each finger in a finely grated pigmented powder of your choosing.

Instead of applying a nail polish that is bound to chip, scratch, or peel, our Shellac manicure is a polish/gel product that when cured under a UV lamp hardens and lasts. In fact after the curing and all the layers have been applied there is no reason to fear what you touch or what you do with your hands.

Our nail buffing manicure is the act of polishing the nail using buffers of successively finer grit in order to make nails look more consistent and shiny. A paste is used to fill ridges on nail surfaces for a nice finishing touch.

Our spa manicure is a simple treatment for your fingernails. While it involves the same process as a regular manicure, the process finishes with a regular polish treatment.

Our French manicure is characterized by a lack of artificial base color and white tips at the free edge of the nail. For this reason, they are sometimes referred to as "French tips". The nail tips are painted white, while the rest of the nails are polished in a pink or a suitable nude shade.

First we begin with removing surface shine on the nail enhancement with a 150-grit nail file. Many gel top coats are acetone resistant and will not allow the solvent to penetrate.
Next we leave the nails in the acetone for 30-45 minutes. We ensure your nails are not removed from the acetone because if they are removed, the product sets again and will extend the removal time.
We ensure your safety by checking in about any allergies or skin conditions. It is extremely important to remember chemical health and safety when it comes to dealing with solvents; this includes the warming process and disposal techniques that we integrate.
Lastly we gently remove the enhancement, perform a manicure service listed below to condition and rehydrate your nails and hands. We then advise you around the correct aftercare.
